These Terms of Service govern your use of the Howays website (howays.com) and any services provided by FlowBrains Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "Howays").
Howays provides Google Ads management, strategy, and audit services for healthcare and wellness businesses. The free Google Ads audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation to engage paid services thereafter.
While we have a strong track record of improving Google Ads performance, we do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Google Ads results depend on many factors including market competition, ad spend, industry, and landing page quality. Any results shared on this website are from real past campaigns and are not guaranteed to replicate for all clients.
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate account access for audits, maintaining adequate advertising budget, promptly following up on leads generated, and complying with Google's advertising policies.
Paid services (campaign setup, monthly management) are agreed upon during the audit call. Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend is paid directly to Google by the client and is separate from Howays' service fee.
Monthly management retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Ad copy, campaign strategies, and reports created by Howays for your account become your property upon payment. The Howays brand, logo, and website content remain the property of FlowBrains Technologies LLP.
Howays is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. For UK clients, applicable UK consumer protection laws also apply.
